At Realist8 Media, we do not provide full staging services, but we do offer helpful advice to ensure your property is photo-ready. We provide a detailed checklist to guide homeowners and agents on how to best prepare the space for the shoot. This includes tips on decluttering, arranging furniture, and enhancing lighting to showcase the home’s features.

We offer a 20% discount for clients who book multiple properties with us. Additionally, we have a referral program—if you refer someone to us who books a shoot, you’ll receive a discount on your next project as a thank you for spreading the word. We can absolutely include neighborhood footage and lifestyle shots in our videos. This is a $250 add-on feature that we provide for our clients.

Our rescheduling policy allows for changes with a minimum of 3 hours' notice prior to the scheduled shoot. This gives us the flexibility to adjust our schedule and ensure we can meet your needs.
